DESCRIPTION:
Delicious Italian pasta, with low protein and phenylalanine content, made especially to prepare succulent Italian dishes, salads and soups; in especial, hypoprotean diets like Renal insufficiency, or diseases caused by congenital errors of the Metabolism (Phenylketonuria).
They are free of gluten, lactose, egg, Soya, milk and salt and they have a low content of Sodium, Potassium and Phosphorus .
SHAPES:
Soup letters, Spaghetti, Macaroni, Fusilli.
INGREDIENTS:
Corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, emulsifier (E-471), and natural extract of carrot.
PREPARATION:

Put 100g of Italian pasta approximately in 1 litre of boiling water.
- Put a spoonfull of oil, a teaspoon of salt (no include in hyposodic
diets) and stir.
- Boil for 5-7 minutes until the pasta is done to a turn, stirring once
in a while.
- Strain and serve with your favourite sauce.
